Happy Friday girls! Kevin doesn’t know it yet, but we are going to get margaritas tonight. Doesn’t that sound amazing?! It has been pretty warm here this week, in the 80’s, and something about a spicy skinny marg just sounds so refreshing! I also wouldn’t mind some chips and guac either 😉 Other than that we don’t have too many weekend plans. The weather is supposed to take a turn on Sunday and there is a possibility of rain, so I want to be outside as much as possible on Saturday. Maybe we will take a family hike and have a picnic. We tried a new hike a couple months ago and discovered that there is a really pretty park at the bottom of it and we have been meaning to go back. This is super random, but I have also really been wanting to tile our living room fireplace to give it a little more life and I am curious if any of you have tackled a DIY project like this before. If so, please give me all your tips and advice because I haven’t done too many large DIY projects before….actually any lol. It could be something fun to start on Sunday while we are indoors, or at least plan.
On another note, I am really excited about today’s post because it is going to be a new series on the blog! I have to give my girl Kara some credit because she gave me the idea for a weekly post where I can just chat with you girls about random finds and things that I am loving. BABY// I am in the process of setting up a cute play area for Wyatt in a little area off of our kitchen. Since the space is out in the open I want to make sure it is not an eye sore. I decided to go with a black and white theme and will be sharing the full reveal in the upcoming weeks, but here are a few items that I have ordered so far:

TV//Kevin and I just started watching Breaking Bad and OMG I am addicted. Yes, I know we are like 10 years late lol but we were looking for a new show to get into and stumbled upon it. If you haven’t seen it I highly recommend! I think there are like 5-6 seasons and we have watched the first one so far and just started the second.
RECIPE//Last week I made this asian chicken salad for dinner and it was amazing and super easy! I used one of those cheap ramen noodle packets instead of the chow mein noodles that it calls for. It was definitely a hit and will become a frequent go-to!
FASHION//I just ordered these under $100 studded sandals and can’t wait to wear them all Spring and Summer long! They will go with literally anything!
TRAVEL// If you travel a lot, you NEED this set of 7 packing cubes. The leopard print is adorable and the set is under $16! They also have over 700 reviews. I can’t travel without packing cubes because they save so much space and keep things so much more organized!
BEAUTY// One of my favorite lipsticks is on sale for $10! The color is called “Pink Sands” and it is a light peachy nude color- perfect for Summer! I also love colors “Rum Punch” and “Salt Lyfe.” They aren’t on sale but still not a bad price for lipstick.
FASHION// My best selling pair of high rise jeans (under $90) are FINALLY back in stock! They sold out so fast the first time and I don’t think they will last long. They come in short, regular, and long lengths and fit true to size. I think the light wash is so perfect for Spring and Summer!
FASHION// Aerie is having 40% off on all their swimwear right now! You girls have been loving this bikini and this leopard one piece. I am wearing a small in both.
