Since this is my second pregnancy, I know what to expect when it comes to postpartum recovery and my hope is to help new moms feel at ease. Below, I am listing out my must-have products, why I like them, and how I plan to use them.
Bravado Designs Original Nursing Bra– I used this bra during my last pregnancy and really liked it. It’s really comfortable and makes feeding really easy.
Bravado Designs Body Silk Seamless Nursing Bra– I haven’t used this bra before but it is by the same brand as the other one and the reviews are great! I wanted a second options because I plan to use the Elvie pump and I read that the Elvie fits really well in this bra. The material is really comfortable and it comes in a bunch of colors. It also seems like it will be a great bra to wear under a t-shirt.
Frida Mom 33-Piece Postpartum Recovery Essentials Kit– This is another item that I did not use the first time around and I am really excited to use it this time. The kit comes with 33 different items such as postpartum underwear, cooling maxi pads, cooling pad liners, and a healing foam. So many of my mom friends have recommended this kit to me!
Earth Mama Organic Natural Nipple Butter– This nipple butter is the best and worked so well for me with my last pregnancy. I love that it is all organic!
Legendairy Milk 3-Piece Lactation Support Bundle– I had a difficult time with my milk supply with Wyatt and I have had so many friends recommend this supplement kit. Their products have incredible reviews so I feel hopeful that they will help with my supply.
Lansinoh Breastfeeding Starter Set– This starter kit comes with disposable nursing pads, hot/cold therapy packs, and nipple cream. The therapy packs came in handy last time around when my nipples were sore.
Lansinoh 100- Count Disposable Nursing Pads- I got an extra box of nursing pads because I switch them out several times a day.
