Cheers to my first blog post of 2019! Since there are some new faces around here I thought it would be fun to share 10 fun facts about myself…so here ya go!
- I am extremely claustrophobic and I have a huge fear of elevators. In middle school I got stuck in an elevator alone and after that I did not go in one for a few years. Now I have to take one everyday for work, but I still get really nervous and uncomfortable. If there is an option to take the stairs I will always take it!
- I love anything salty and would much rather have something savory over something sweet. Give me all the cheese, popcorn, and chips with guac!
- I have a huge passion for interior design and would love to go back to school to get a degree in it! My dream is to build a custom home one day and design every room exactly how I want it!
- I have a younger sister and we are 2 years apart. She recently moved to San Diego and lived with us for a few months while she was looking for a place to live. She just moved out but we do a lot together!
- I am a clean freak and can’t stand it when my house is messy. I also hate clutter and am constantly organizing and getting rid of things. Let’s hope I can keep it this way when the baby comes 🙂
- I went to the University of Arizona and was a Delta Gamma. I met some of my best friends in college and we all still stay in touch regularly. We are actually doing a college reunion back in Tucson at the end of this month and I am so excited to be reunited with all my girls!
- I lived in San Francisco for 5 years after college. I met Kevin (my husband) while living there and then we both decided to move back to Southern California, where we are both from.
- One of my favorite hobbies is cooking. My mom and grandma taught me from a young age and I find it very therapeutic. My favorite thing to cook is really anything Italian and Kevin and I love to make homemade pizzas together on the weekends.
- If I could wear one thing for the rest of my life it would be a matching PJ set. The moment I get home from work I put on my pajamas before doing anything else!
- I think miniature pot belly pigs are the cutest thing ever and if I could have one I totally would! Kevin always sends me gifs and videos of them. Maybe one day….!
I also wanted to share this adorable fringe sweater that is under $90! I absolutely love the ribbed knit material and the pattern around the neckline. I am wearing my normal size small and would say that it runs true to size. I styled it with a pom pom beanie and my go-to ripped jeans that are also under $90!
