I haven’t been this excited for a Friday in a long time. It was a crazy week to say the least. On Monday both Wyatt and I woke up with a cold and this entire week we have been trying to rest and get better. My in-laws typically watch him on Monday’s and Wednesday’s, but I kept him home this week because I didn’t want him to get anyone else sick. I had big plans to put up a hair tutorial for you girls, but just wasn’t in the cards this week. I am gong to try to record it this weekend, so hopefully I can get it up in the next few days. On top of being under the weather, I decided to get my real estate license and my classes started Tuesday. I have been wanting to get my license for years now because my entire family is in the business, so I’m excited to finally start the process! My classes are every Tuesday/Thursday night for the next three months and then I can take the state exam. Nothing will be changing with my blog, I will just be doing real estate in addition. I’ve always been a busy bee, so I am excited to fill my days with my blog, mom life, and real estate. I’m not going to lie, I am a little nervous about juggling it all, but I know it will work out and the nice thing is I can create my own schedule. If any of you have tips on planning out your days/weeks please let me know! So between being sick, starting classes, and everything happening with the Coronavirus, it has been a very interesting week.
Speaking of the Coronavirus, I definitely think it is important to address. I have to admit, I am not typically a worry wart and don’t easily get scared by things like this, but the last few days that has changed. It’s very weary walking into the grocery store and every single shelf is cleared. I was late to the party and went to several different stores yesterday to find that there is no toilet paper to be found…anywhere. Kevin and I went online last night to Walmart and we were able to order some flushable wipes haha. That is seriously all that was left on Amazon and Walmart! I also can’t believe that the NCAA is cancelled due to the virus. I went to the DMV yesterday and it was crazy to see that it was pretty much empty. That NEVER happens at the DMV. On a more serious note, it is scary to think about what the future holds for our economy. With events being cancelled and people not being able to go to work, it’s a pretty scary time. With everything going on, I still want my blog to be a place where you can escape to find a little positivity in your day, so I still plan to share as normal….at least for now. I hope you are all doing ok with everything and staying healthy. We have zero plans for this weekend. It’s been very rainy here all week which makes staying in a little easier. I think we plan to do some baking, watch some movies, and maybe do a little organization around the house that I never got around to last weekend. I hope you have a good weekend despite everything happening. xo

BABY/KIDS//Below is what I am putting in Wyatt’s Easter basket. These Cuddle + Kind dolls are our favorite! Each doll provides 10 meals to children in need. We also love these Indescructable books. We have a couple of them and I am goin to add a few more to our collection- they can’t be ripped and babies can chew on them!
