This darling top (also comes in a dress version) is by one of my favorite brands, WAYF. You may have noticed that I have been wearing a lot of pieces from their Spring line. I love how feminine their silhouettes are and they have great price points. This top has everything that I love- polka dots, off the shoulder straps, a tie waist, and of course, a cute cut-out. I styled it with a pair of black shorts (that also come in three other colors), a basket bag, and a pair of black heels. This top can definitely be dressed down with a pair of jeans and sandals too!
