Good morning friends! Today I am getting a little more personal and talking about something that I have struggled with for years- hormonal acne. Ever since I was a teenager I struggled with acne and I have tried every product and medication out there. I just turned 30 a couple months ago and even at this age it is still something I deal with and let me tell you, it is extremely frustrating. I never sleep with my makeup on, I wash my face every morning and night, and even get a facial every single month. My breakouts tend to be around my chin, but I know it can be different for everyone. About a month ago I decided to try Rodan + Fields, a brand that I have heard many amazing things about, and believe it or not I am very pleased with the results so far. For my hormonal acne, I am using the Rodan + Fields “Unblemish” which is designed to help stop blackheads and pimples before they become visible. There are four different steps to the regimen (face wash, toner, acne treatment, and lotion) that I use every morning and evening. The process is super easy and it leaves my skin feeling really good! I have definitely noticed clearer skin and many of my light acne scars have disappeared. You may remember a few months ago I got eyelash extensions but they were getting very expensive and they were a lot of upkeep so I decided to remove them.
